Dit keer is het mijn beurt om eens een stukje stukje te schrijven
dus ja,.. dan moet dat maar nou!
Ik ben Nico Pijlman, woon in Stobbegat en ben nog maar 30 jaar jong. Mijn voetbal carrière ben ik begonnen bij FFS, maar na 2 jaar was er niet genoeg jeugd om het daar door te zetten. Toen ben ik dus uiteindelijk noodgedwongen naar Heerenveense Boys gegaan. Vervolgens daar een aantal jaren gespeeld. Eerst als voetballer, maar bij de A’s ben ik keeper geworden. Keepen vond ik altijd al leuk en toen ze geen keeper hadden, kon ik me mooi melden. En met succes.
Na drie mooie jaren bij de senioren zocht ik de uitdaging bij Joure wat nooit had gemoeten eigenlijk. Na 3 jaar Joure vroeg Heerenveense Boys me weer en heb daar toen nog twee jaar onder de lat gestaan. Op zondag was ik dan grensrechter bij FFS. Uiteindelijk was het met het werk was zaterdag voetbal niet meer te combineren dus heb toen de overstap gemaakt om op zondag te gaan spelen bij het mooie FFS. Daar sta ik dan nu ook alweer een aantal jaar onder de lat in het geweldige eerste team. Geweldig leuk omdat het als team best sterk is, en omdat het altijd erg gezellig is! En als zoon van een man met een echt FFS-hart kun je op den duur ook niet anders dan gaan voetballen bij het mooie FFS.
Vorig jaar werd ik gevraagd om de dames te trainen. Nou,.. dat leek mij wel wat. De ervaring heeft me geleerd dat het af en toe wel lastig te combineren met al mijn andere hobby’s, zoals toneel spelen, tennis, en als voorzitter van de ijsclub. Gelukkig is Jorn de Boer dan de rots in de branding die het dan van me overneemt. En andersom.
Moet zeggen dat ik het heel leuk vind om te trainen te geven. Het is een hele uitdaging om die eigenwijze vrouwen wat bij te leren. In deze barre tijden voor het veld, trainen we dan gewoon verder op de ijsbaan. We hebben nog wat recht te zetten.
Ook het laatste nieuws wil ik jullie niet onthouden. Zoals de meeste mensen wel weten woon ik samen met mijn vriendin Marieke Lenes. Het zusje van Annet, ook speelsters van de dames van FFS. In juli gaan wij trouwen! En nee, ze is NIET zwanger!!
Tot slot hoop ik dat het veld gauw weer bespeelbaar is zodat we weer flink aan de bak kunnen met de trainingen!
